Waris Dani:*she follows them smiling gratefully*

Than Nam:((*G*)) *about a half hour later, a van arrives, and Zi Teng and a short, bespectacled white woman with curly dark hair exit the van, stepping quickly through the back door into the place. Zi yawns, glancing around, then heading into the office where Zhan and Waris are waiting. The woman follows him.*

Waris Dani:*she is sitting on the floor with her knees brought up to her chin, the way she used to listen to storytellers around the fire*

Than Nam:*a bit later Than arrives on his bicycle after finishing his rounds.*

Waris Dani:*she stands up as they enter, nodding polietly to both of them*

Zi Teng:*enters the office, yawning, a slight grin breaking over his face as he sees Waris.* ~khuear~ You are tekhmet?

Waris Dani:*she looks at Zi a moment, then yawns*

Waris Dani:*she nods to Zi, wanting to walk to him and hug him but stays where she stands, not sure how he wishes her to treat him*

Zi Teng:*looks to Zhan, then Lucy, then regards Waris again* ~kh~ You are come to heal me?

Zi Teng:(err...cure..not heal...maybe the word is the same in Khuear? *G*))

Waris Dani:*she nods to Zi* ~kh~ Yes I have, the Boar told me of the need and Zhan has found me to do so.

Zi Teng:*frowns* ~khuear~ You are so young...are you so strong in spirit you can bear the weight of my curing, as well as your own?

Waris Dani:*she thinks a moment* ~kh~ You must be cured, if I can cure myself then I will if not I know of another that can.

Zi Teng:*considers this* ~kh~ Who?

Waris Dani:~kh~ The one who cured me before, I will pay the price of her services of course.

Zi Teng:~kh~ The one who lifted your curse? The Boar?

Waris Dani:*she shakes her head* ~kh~ The Drumplayer. *she takes a step towards him* I have not seen the Boar for sometime.

Zi Teng:~kh~ Why not? Is he dead?

Waris Dani:~kh~ I do not think so, mother would have said something I am sure. He is sulking and licking his wounds I think. *she takes another step towards him swaying her hip softly*

Zi Teng:*frowns more deeply* ~kh~ Wounds? Is he injured? Why have you not found someone to heal him?

Waris Dani:*she sighs softly* ~kh~ Mother has left him. She....*shakes her head* I do not know, she confuses me sometimes.

Zi Teng:*seems a bit...shaken by this news. He takes long moment to consider this information, then regards her.* ~kh~ For what reason did she leave him?

Waris Dani:~kh~ If you wish you may ask her that question, it is not my place to say.

Zi Teng:*looking quite serious* ~kh~ It is not an idle question, this. The Boar is one of the bastions against the Darkness...or have you forgotten your lessons so quickly? To learn the truth of the First Prince, one must know the truth of the Boar.

Waris Dani:*she takes a breath and meets Zi's eyes* ~kh~ Cats do not belong in cages. She had lost to much and went to her blood. The truth of the Boar is that he had placed all he was with her and then caged her. I only say what she has said to me, I imagine that the weight of two people must be hard to hold.

Zi Teng:*considers this for a long moment, then nods* ~kh~ Your mother has always been weak. I had hoped that the strength of her love for him would withstand the weight of his curse.

Waris Dani:*she shrugs* ~kh~ I...*then lets her eyes fall and takes a step back* she lost her son, it has made her pained. She keeps going to chruch and prays for hours.

Zi Teng:~kh~ Which son?

Waris Dani:~kh~ Marcus, my sister's brother.

Zi Teng:~kh~ She lost Marcus before you were ever born. Why does her grief ail her now?

Waris Dani:~kh~ She said that his father had his soul and gave away the chance of bringing him back. She blames herself. *she shrugs again* I do not know what to think. I had hoped that seeing me would have made her happier but she....I don't know how to explain it.

Zi Teng:~kh~ *slight chuckle* Her father gave him to me. To save Raya.

Zi Teng:~kh~ He is no more lost than he was before he left Buas Raya with his father.

Waris Dani:*she looks back up to Zi, then looks at the other two in the room then again looking back to Zi* ~kh~ Is there anything else you would wish to know?

Waris Dani:*she licks her lips* ~kh~ Then there is a way to save him?

Zi Teng:*chuckles again* ~kh~ When I am cured, I shall retrieve his body. And that of Patrick Murphy.

Zi Teng:~kh~ And he shall be restored.

Waris Dani:*she smiles* ~kh~ Mother will be well to hear of this, How have you been?

Zi Teng:*nods to her, stepping up and holding his hands wide to embrace her.* ~kh~ I am well. Time is short.

Waris Dani:*she heistates a moment then walks to him wrapping her arms around his chest*

Zi Teng:*embraces her fiercely, whispering t o her in English* I missed you.

Waris Dani:*she nods and softly purrs to him then kisses his cheek*

Zi Teng:*takes a deep sigh, squeezing her a tad more forcefully in the hug.* Thank you...

Waris Dani:*she smiles to him, still holding him to her a moment more before looking up to him* ~kh~ There is nothing to thank for, I am glad to have done it.

Zi Teng:*pulls back and looks at her, concerned.* ~kh~ You must take care to take a cure yourself. As soon as possible.

Waris Dani:*she nods* ~kh~ I know father, I will be safe. *she takes a breath and a step back* I am staying alone in the aparement that was once mother's and the Boar's...if you need me.

Zi Teng:*looks to Zhan* ~ch~ You will see that my daughter is treated promptly? That her illness doesn't linger?
